Hello…
My name is Jamie Lynn Chediac & I have been a practicing massage therapist since 2004 here in Atlantic Canada. I have been actively teaching & mentoring other massage therapists since 2008 & am passionate about attending to the ‘continuing kneads’ of body workers by providing on-going education opportunities.
I have a special focus on how we, as massage practitioners can move through our career with less burnout, more vitality & better treatment outcomes. When teaching, I apply movement paradigms from pilates and yoga as well as positional framing & ergonomic principles passed on to me from my own mentors.
There is an economy to ergonomic work, whether that’s via intelligently curated hands on work or if appropriate for the working therapist, their own bare feet. My teaching style is simple to follow, weighted in an evidence informed approach with a curated & calm language to guide you along the way.
